In a time we live the world needs constructive discussions in order to preserve tolerance, security and tranquillity. The president of Egypt, His Excellency Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, organised a three-day international conference on the theme "The Role of Fatwa in Creating a Stable Society" inviting the Ulamas around the world who lead the Muslim world. My paper presentation in the conference was scheduled in the first session and I emphasised what was the role of Fathwa in the Muslim world in transmitting the knowledge system of Islam purely and acutely and how it is always energetically directing the Muslim umma.
